 Identifying claims and arguments : Arguments are claims backed by reasons that are supported by evidence. Argumentation is a process of two or more people making arguments,responding to one another not simply restating the same claims and reasons and modifying or defending their positions accordingly. Claims are statements about what is true or good or about what should be done or believed. Claims are potentially arguable. The difference between an argument and an explanation :- An argument is a justification that offers evidence in support of a conclusion-based claim. Its goal is to offer evidence that supports the conclusion's veracity. Example :"Adam obviously stole the money, for three people saw him do it" An explanation is a justification where the justification gives the cause of a fact that the conclusion represents. Do people understand you always ? Why is it easy to get along with some people than others? Communication happens on the listener's terms. Everything you say to a person is filtered through his frames of reference, biases and preconceived ideas. We have to deal with different people in our day today life. They might be different in every aspects. According to the  book "Surrounded by Idiots " by Thomas Erikson, we can identify there are 4 types of different behaviours of people and how they communicate with each other. According to above book people can be categorised into four colours named Red, Green, Yellow and Blue. These are primary behavioural types which describe how people sees themselves in relationship to their environment. Every person cannot work together because of their different behaviours.   What is Critical Thinking ? Critical thinking is the analysis of available facts, evidence, observations, and arguments in order to form a judgement by the application of rational, sceptical, and unbiased analyses and evaluation. Critical thinking refers to the higher-order thinking of evaluating and analysing according to Bloom's Taxonomy.  Characteristics of Critical Thinking :- 1. A ctive  listening . 2. Curiosity 3.
